The boundaries of such water main connection district are as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Platte Valley Industrial Park Third Subdivision; <br />thence northerly along the easterly line of said Platte Valley Industrial Park Third <br />Subdivision, a distance of forty (40.0) feet to a point on the northerly right -of -way <br />line of Wildwood Drive; thence westerly along the northerly right -of -way line of said <br />Wildwood Drive, a distance of two thousand five hundred sixty five and fifty three <br />hundredths (2,565.53) feet to the southwest corner of Lot One (1), Brennan <br />Subdivision; thence southerly along the westerly line of said Brennan Subdivision <br />and its extension, a distance of seventy three (73.0) feet to a point on the southerly <br />right -of -way line of said Wildwood Drive; thence westerly along the southerly right - <br />of -way line of said Wildwood Drive, a distance of fourteen and sixty -one hundredths <br />(14.61) feet; to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 34 and 281; <br />thence southerly along an easterly right -of -way line of said U.S. Highway 34 and 281, <br />a distance of three hundred twenty seven and eight tenths (327.8) feet; thence easterly <br />along a deflection in the right -of -way line of said U.S. Highway 34 and 281, a <br />distance of thirty five and one tenth (35.1) feet; thence southerly along an easterly <br />right -of -way line of said U.S. Highway 34 and 281, a distance of forty six and two <br />tenths (46.2) feet; thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4, NW 1/4), Section eight (8), Township <br />Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th PM, a distance of nine hundred forty <br />and six tenths (940.6) feet; thence southerly parallel with the easterly line of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4, NW 1/4), said Section eight <br />(8), a distance of one hundred sixty five (165.0) feet; thence easterly parallel with the <br />northerly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4, NW 1/4), <br />said Section eight (8), a distance of three hundred twenty seven (327.0) feet to a point <br />on the easterly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4, NW <br />1/4), said Section eight (8); thence northerly along the easterly line of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4, NW 1/4), said Section eight (8), a <br />distance of two hundred thirty nine (239.0) feet; thence easterly and three hundred <br />(300.0) feet distant and parallel with the northerly line of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4, NW 1/4), said Section eight (8), a distance of one <br />thousand two hundred eighty one and twenty eight hundredths (1,281.28) feet; to a <br />point on the easterly line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4, <br />NW 1/4), said Section eight (8); thence northerly along the easterly line of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4, NW 1/4), said Section eight (8), <br />a distance of three hundred (300.0) feet to the southeast corner of said Platte Valley <br />Industrial Park Third Subdivision, being the point of beginning.
