BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Water Main District No. 439T in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of sixteen (16) diameter water mains with appurtenances in a part of Greenscape Inc. Subdivision, and a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of (NE1 /4, NW1 /4) of Section Eight (8), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4, NW1 /4) of Section Eight (8), Township (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
