<br /> Subsequen� Taxes. If any tax t� which this section applies is enacted subs�quent to �he date of this ❑eed af
<br /> Trust, this e�ent shall ha�e �he same effect as an Event af Default, and Lerder may exercise any or all of i�s
<br /> avaifabie remedies fvr an E�en� vf Defaul� as provided below unless Trustor yither �1} pays the tax before it

<br /> SECURITY AGREEMENT; FINANCtNG STATEMENTS. The fallowing pro�isions r�la�ing to this Deed o# Trust as a

<br /> Trust in the real property records, Lender may, at any time and without �urtf�er author��ation �rom Trus�or, file
<br /> executed counterparts, copies or reproduc�ions of this Deed vfi Trus� as a ��nan�ing statement. Trus�or shall
<br /> reimburse Lender fo� al� expenses incurred in p�rfecting or �ontinuing this securi�y �n�erest. Upvn defau�t, Trustar
<br /> shall no� remo�e, s���r or d�tach the Persanal PrGperty from the Praperty. Upon defaul�, Trustor shall assem��e
<br /> any Persanal Property not a��ixed to th� Prope�ty in a rnanner and at a place reasonably cvn�enien��a Trustor and
<br /> L�nder and make i� a�ailabfe t� Lender within �hr�e �3} days a�fier receipt o� �rritten demand fram Lender to the
<br /> extent permitted hy applicable law.

<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; ATT�RNEY-IN-FAGT. The �ollvwing provisians relating to fur�her assurances and
<br /> attorney-�n-fac�are a part af this De�d��Trust:
<br /> Further Assuran�es. A� any time, and from time to tirne, upon r�quest of Lenc�er, Trustor wi�� make, �xe�ute and
<br /> deli�er, ar w��� �ause to �e made, executed or deli��red, t� Lender or�o Lender's designee, and when requested by
<br /> Lender, cause ta be f�led, recarded, refiled, or rerecorded, as the case may be� a� such times and in such offices
<br /> and plac�s as L�nder may deem apprapriate, any and all such mortgages, deed� of trust, security deeds, security
<br /> agreemen�s, financing statements, continuation statemenfis, instruments of further assurance, ce�tif�cates, and
<br /> ofiher documents as may, in the sole op�nion of Le�der, �e necessary ❑r desirab e in order�o effectuate, comple�e,
<br /> per��cfi, can�inue, or preser�e 41} Trustor's ❑hligations under the Nvte, th s Deed of Trus�, and the Re�ated
<br /> C]ocuments, and �2� the fiens and security inter�sts created by this Deed o��rust as �irst and prior liens vn the
<br /> Praperty, whether now awned or hereafter acquire� by Trust�r. Unless prohibit�d by law or Lender agrees t❑ the
<br /> con�rary in wr�ting, Trustar shall reimburse Lender �or all cos�s and expenses incurred in connection with the
<br /> mat�ers referred to in this paragraph.
<br /> Attorney-in-Fact. �f Trust�r faifs ta do any o�th� things re�erred �o in #he preceding paragraph, Lender may do so
<br /> �or and in the name vf Trus�ar and at Trustor's expense. F�r such purpases, Trusto� hereby irre�o�ably appoints
<br /> Lender as Trustor's attorney-in-fa���or th� purpose of making, executing, deli�ering, filing, recording, and doing all
<br /> a�her things as may �e necessary ❑r desirable, in Lender's svle opinian, �o accamplish th� matt�rs re��rred ta in
<br /> the preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PERFORMANCE. If Trustor pays ai[ th� Indebtedness, inciuding w�thout limitation all future ad�ances, when due,
<br /> and otherwise p�rforms all �he obligations imposed upnn Trustor und�r this Deed c�� Trust, Lend�r shall execute and
<br /> deli�er �o Trus�e� a �equest for full recon�eyance and shall execut� and deli�er to Trust�r suitable sxatements of

<br /> Prvperty. Any recan�eyance�ee r�quired by law shal! be paid by Trustor, if permitted by applicable law.
<br /> EVENTS ❑F DEFAULT. Ea�h of the following, a� Lender's optivn, sha�� constitute an E�ent af De�ault under�his Deed
<br /> af Trust:
<br /> Payment Default. Trusto�fails to make any payment when due under�he ind�btadness.
<br /> Dther De�aults. Trustor �ai�s to comply with ❑r ta perfiorm any other term, obliga�ion, cv�enant or ��nditiQn
<br /> Gontained in this Deed vf Trust or in any ❑f the Relat�d Documen�s or to cor�ply with or tv perform any term,
<br /> vbligation, co��nant or condi�ivn contained in any other agre�ment between Lender and Trustor.
<br /> Complian�a De�autt. Failure t❑ comply with any v�her �erm, obliga�ion, co�erant or conditi�n contained in �his
<br /> Deed of Trust, the Not�ar in any of the Related Dvcuments.
<br /> Qefault on �ther Payments. Fai�ur� o�Trustor w��khin�he t�me required by this �eed �f Trust to make any payment
<br /> for taxes ar insurance, or any other payment necessary to pre�en�-�iling of or to �ffect discharge of any fien,
<br /> Defau�t in Favor of Th�rd Parties. Should �rant�r default und�r any [oan, ext�n�ion af credit, security agreement,
<br /> purchase or sales agreemen�, or any ather agreem�nt, in fa�or a� any ather cre�itor or persfln tha� may materialfy
