<br /> ser�ices are furnished, or any mafierials are supplied to the Property, i�any mechanic's �isn. materialmen's Iien, or

<br /> PR�PERTY DAMA�E INSURANCE. The following pro�isions relafiing tv insuring the Proper�y a�e a par�of this Deed of

<br /> Maintenance af Insurance. Trustor sha�� pracure and ma�ntain polici�s 4f fi�e insurance with standard extended
<br /> co�erage �ndorsemen�s on a �air �a�ue basis �or �he fui[ �nsurable �alue co�ering all Impro�ements on the Rea[
<br /> Property �n an amounfi sufficient �fl a�oid application of any coinsuran�e clause, and with a standard mor�gagee �
<br /> clause in�a�or o�Lender. Trustor shall alsfl procure and maintain comprehensE�e genera! iiability insurance in such
<br /> �o�erage amaunts as Lender may request with Trustee and Lender t�eing named as additional insureds �n such
<br /> liability insurance poficies. Additi�nally, Trustor sha[[ main�ain such ❑ther insurance, inc[ud�ng but nat limi�ed to
<br /> hazard, business interrup�tian, and bo��er insurance. as Lender may reasanably require. Po�icies shal� be ►nr���ten in
<br /> form, amounts, co�erages and basis reasanabfy acc�ptable ta Lender and issued by a company ar cvmpanies

<br /> make praof of foss if Trustor #ails to da so within fifteen {'i 5y days of the casua�ty. Whe�her or not Lender's
<br /> security is impaired, Lender may, at Lender's eiection, recei�e and retain th� proceeds vf any insurance and apply
<br /> �he prace�ds tv the reducfiion ❑�the Indebtedness, payment vf any fien a�fecting the P�aper�y, vr the res��ration
<br /> and repa�r o�the Proper�y, If Lender elects ta app�y the proceeds to restora�ion and repair� Trustor shall repair�r
