<br /> Exist�ng Indebtedness. The words "Exis�ing Ind�htedness" mean the indebtedness described �n th� Existing Liens

<br /> Hazardvus Substances. The words "Hazardous 5ubs�ances" mean ma�erials �ha�, becau�e of their quantity,
<br /> cancentration or physical, �hemical or in�ecti�us chara��eristiGs, may cause or pose a pr�sen� ❑r pa�en'�ial hazard
<br /> to human health ❑r the en�ironm�nt when improperly used, �rea�ed, stored, disposed vf, generated, manufactured,
<br /> firanspvr�ed or o�herwise handled. The words "Ha�ardous Substances" are used in �heir�ery broades� sense and
<br /> include withou� �imi�ation any and a�1 hazardous or toxic subs�an�es, ma�erials or v��aste as defined by �r listed
