culvert is to be of adequate size to allow for proper drainage, matching the existing <br />culvert in circumference. Jones will properly grade the land around the culvert and leave <br />the area surrounding the culvert in the same condition as it was prior to the installation. <br />Jones will maintain said easement, keeping it clear of weeds and debris. Jones will pay <br />all costs for installation and maintenance of culvert. <br />NOW THEREFORE Gregg grants and conveys an easement for Parcel B to <br />Jones over and across Parcel A, subject to the provisions provided above.
