<br /> Deafih�r�nsvlvency. The death vf 6orrawer or Trustvr, the inso�vency vf Borrower�r Trus�or, the appointment❑f
<br /> a re�ei�e�tvr any part o#Borrower's or Trustor's property, any assignment for th� benefit�f credi�tors, any type o�
<br /> credit�r workaut, or the commencemen�of any proceeding under any bankruptcy or insolvency laws by or against
<br /> Barrower or Trustor.
<br /> Gredi#or or Forfie�ture Proceedings. Cnmmer�cement of �o�-e�lasure ar �or�eiture pr�ceedings, whefiher by judicial
<br /> pr�c��d�ng, self-heEp, repvssession vr any o�her method, by any �reditor of Barrower or Trustor ar by any
