<br /> R�GHTS AND REMED�ES �N DEFAULT, If an Event af De�au��occurs under�h�s Deed of Trust, a�any time�her�af�er,
<br /> Trustee or L�n�er may exercise any one o�-more of�he�'ol�ow�ng rights and remedies:
