<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 1st day of February, 2016 by and among DA -LY
<br />PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, herein referred to as "Trustor ",
<br />whose mailing address is 2514 South Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; BRANDON
<br />S. CONNICK, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee ", whose mailing address is P.O. Box 790,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68802; and COAD JAY MILLER and MARTINA PETRA DOETSCH,
<br />a husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary ", whose mailing address is 710
<br />Spring Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801,
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustor's interest in the following -
<br />described property located in the County of Hall, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11), in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, comprising all of Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Six (6), a
<br />replat of Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20), Island Acres, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, except that part described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Southeast corner of Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11); thence
<br />Westerly Thirty -Two (32) Feet along and upon the South line of Lot One (1),
<br />Island Acres Number Eleven (11); thence Northerly parallel to the East line of Lot
<br />One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11), a distance of One Hundred Fifty -Two
<br />and Three Hundredths (152.03) Feet; thence Easterly parallel to the South line of
<br />Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11) a distance of Thirty -Two (32)
<br />Feet; thence Southerly along and upon the East line of Lot One (1) Island Acres
<br />Number Eleven (11), a distance of One Hundred Fifty -Two and Three Hundredths
<br />(152.03), to the point of beginning,
<br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way
<br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of
<br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real
<br />estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Property ".
<br />(a) the payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's note of even date herewith in
<br />the total principal sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS
