200101878 <br />WHEREAS, the Association desires to transfer and convey Office <br />Units C -4 and C -5; <br />WHEREAS, the Association desires to ratify the conversion and <br />conveyance of that certain portion of the common area of the <br />Condominium identified and described as "Pharmacy" as set forth on <br />pages A -1 and A -7 attached to the Master Deed into a separate <br />office unit which the Association has identified as Office Unit I- <br />1, which unit was previously identified as Pharmacy Unit I -1 and <br />conveyed to ABLM Partnership, a Nebraska general partnership, now <br />known as CALM by warranty deed filed on April 12, 1994, with the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 94- <br />102945 (warranty deed); <br />WHEREAS, the Second Amended and Restated Exhibit A -- Master <br />Deed Plot and copies of pages A -1 and A -7 indicate the location of <br />Unit I -1; <br />WHEREAS, the Association and the undersigned Office Unit <br />Owners representing 75% or more of the total value of the Condomin- <br />ium desire to amend the Master Deed in accordance with the <br />provisions of paragraph 7(i) thereof to evidence the creation, <br />formation and conveyance of Office Unit C -4, C -5 and I -1 as <br />required by the Condominium Property Act and the Nebraska Condomin- <br />ium Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above premises and the <br />covenants and agreements contained below, the parties hereto agree <br />as follows: <br />1. Agreement and Consent of Office Unit Owners. Subject to <br />the amendments to the Master Deed set forth in Paragraph 2, below, <br />the undersigned Office Unit Owners hereby agree and consent to the <br />creation and formation of Office Units C -4, C -5 and I -1 and to the <br />conveyance of Office Unit C -4, C -5 and I -1. The undersigned Office <br />Unit Owners further agree that the status of Office Unit C -4, C -5 <br />and I -1 as common area is hereby terminated. <br />2. Amendments to Master Deed. In order to evidence the <br />creation, conveyance and formation of Office Unit C -4, C -5 and I -1, <br />the Association and the undersigned Office Unit Owners hereby amend <br />the Master Deed in the following manner as required by the <br />Condominium Property Act and the Nebraska Condominium Act: <br />(a) The second sentence of Paragraph 5(a) of the Master Deed <br />is hereby deleted and replaced with the following <br />sentence: <br />2 <br />
