SCI <br />T <br />c rn A <br />3 n 2 rn <br />'-fin N <br />a <br />P <br />rn <br />c13 <br />- <br />C) <br />'n <br />M <br />M <br />0 <br />_o <br />CD <br />3 <br />CD <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO MASTER DEED <br />CREATING GRAND ISLAND DOCTORS BUI..jDING <br />CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME <br />O <br />n cn <br />o --+ <br />c� <br />zrn <br />'< o <br />O `*1 <br />'n Z <br />s rn <br />D W <br />r s <br />r a <br />cn <br />7� <br />D <br />Cn <br />Cn <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT is made by and among the Grand Island <br />Doctors Building Association, Inc., a Nebraska not - for - profit <br />corporation (hereinafter "Association "), and the undersigned office <br />unit owners of the Grand Island Doctors Building Condominium <br />Property Regime (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Office <br />Unit Owners "). <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, by Master Deed and Declaration dated March 26, 1980, <br />and recorded on April 18, 1980, as Instrument No. 80- 001693 of the <br />Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska (hereinafter "Master Deed "), Grand Island <br />Doctors Building, Inc., a Nebraska corporation ( "Declarant "), <br />established the Grand Island Doctors Building Condominium Property <br />Regime (hereinafter the "Condominium "); <br />WHEREAS, the Declarant was voluntarily liquidated and <br />dissolved on March 13, 1981, and the Association thereafter became <br />the Declarant's successor in interest; <br />WHEREAS, the First Amendment to Master Deed Creating Grand <br />Island Doctors Building Condominium Property Regime was recorded on <br />April 11, 1994, as Document No. 94- 102910; and <br />WHEREAS, the Association desires to convert that certain <br />portion of the limited common area of the Condominium identified <br />and described as limited Common Area to Units C -1, C -2 and C -3 on <br />Amended and Restated Exhibit A and on Pages A -2 and A -3 attached to <br />the First Amendment to Master Deed into two separate office units <br />which the Association has now identified as Office Unit C -4 and <br />Office Unit C -5; <br />WHEREAS, the Second Amended and Restated Exhibit A -- Master <br />Deed Plot, and copies of aforesaid Pages A -2, A -3 and A -4 are <br />attached and indicate the location of Units C -4 and /or C -5; <br />0 <br />N <br />0 <br />O <br />O <br />H <br />co <br />_J <br />00 <br />rn <br />a <br />co <br />CC" <br />cz <br />Cn <br />Cr <br />CD <br />O <br />1; III <br />
