and encroachment necessary to initially install pipes and related equipment for such <br />water line, grants and conveys unto GRANTEE a temporary construction easement <br />( "Temporary Easement ") over, through, and across that real estate described as: <br />See attached EXHIBIT "B" for legal description of temporary <br />construction easement area. <br />This Temporary Easement shall expire at such time as the initial installation of <br />pipe shall have been completed and accepted by the GRANTEE from the contractor <br />undertaking such installation on behalf of GRANTEE. <br />The GRANTORS do hereby covenant with the GRANTEE that they are lawfully <br />seised and possessed of the real estate described herein; that they have a good and <br />lawful right to convey such real estate; that such real estate is free from encumbrance; <br />and that it will warrant and defend the title thereto against the lawful claims of all <br />persons whomsoever. <br />Dated this /0 day of 7 2. , 2015. <br />Charles A.
