<br /> ��} Trustor has no knowledge ❑f, ar reason�v bel�e�e that�here has been, ex�ept as pre�iously disclosed to and
<br />� acknowledged by Lender in writing, �a} any breach or �iala�ivn of any En�iranmen�al Laws, {b� any use,
<br /> � generation, manufacture, s�orage, trea�men�, disposal, release or�hreatened release �� any Hazardous 5ubstance
<br /> �n, under, about or fram the Praper�y by any prior owne�-s or accupants o� the Property, or {c� any actuaf or

<br />; . En�ironmental Laws. Trustar autharizes Lender and its agents to �nter upon �khe Property to make such
<br /> inspec�ions and tesfis, at Trustvr's expense, as L�nder may deem appropriafie fiv de�ermine campliance of the
<br /> Praperty wEth �his section of�he De�d of T�-ust. Any �nspecti�ns �r tests made by Lender shail �e for Lender's
<br /> purpvses only and shall not be construed�❑ create any responsibility or�iability on the part o�F Lender fio Trustor or
<br /> to any other person. The represen�ations and warranties confiained herein are based on Trus�or's due diligence �n
<br /> in�estigating the Property for Hazardous Substances. Trus�or hereby {�} releases and wai�es any future claims

<br /> make arrangements satisfactory tv Lender ta replace such Impro�emen�s with lmproWements ❑f a� least �quaE
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Right to Enter. Lender and Lender's agents and.representatives may enter upon the Real Property at all
<br />� reasonab�e times �k❑ at�end �ko Lender's interests and �o inspec� the Real Property �or purposes of Trustor's
<br /> cvmpliance with the terms and conditivns of�his Deed❑f Trust.
<br />� Compliance with Go►►ernmental Requirements. Trus�kor shall promptEy comply with all laws, ordinances, and
<br />� regu�ations, now ar hereafter in e��ec�, o� aE� ga�e�-nmenfial authorities applicable t❑ the use ar vccupan�y a�the
<br /> Prvperty, including without limitation, the Americans Wi�h ❑isabilities Act. Trus�vr may cvn�est in goad fai�h any
<br /> su�h iaw, ❑rdinance, ar regulatian and withhold cvmpliance during any pr�ceeding, including appropriate appeals,
