<br /> a} The payment �f indebtedness e�idenced by Trus�or's notes ar guarantee ��'Note"} with an
<br /> eff�ctive date af December 1, 2�15;in the principal sum af Twa Million Five Hundred Thousand Dol�ars
<br /> �$�,S�D,���}, t�ge�her w�th �nterest at the rate or rates �rovided #herein and the pr�ncipa� and interes� on
<br /> any future �oans ev�denced by promissory notes ar guaran�ees stating they are secured by this Trus�Deed,
<br /> and any and all renewals, modzficati�ns, and extensians thereaf, both principal and inter�st being payab�e
<br /> in acc�rdance with�he�erms set for�h therein, r7vhich, by this reference, is made a par-�hereof.
<br /> b} The performanc� afeach agreemen�and co�enan�of Trus�or herein cantained; and
<br /> c} The payment af any sum or sums af money which may he hereafter paid or advanced by
<br /> the Beneficiary under the terms of this Trust Deed, t�gether with interest thereon at the rate pro�ided xn
<br /> the "Note."
<br /> T� PR�TE�T THE SECURITY �F THIS TRUST D�ED, TRUST�R HEREBY ��VENANTS
<br /> AND A�REES AS F�LL�WS:

<br /> due, the principal of and interest on the indebtedness e�idenced by the Nate, and a�� other charges and
