N. <br />sale and to the real estate described in the Order of Sale issued in the <br />aforementioned lawsuit, to Troy Huff and Tamie Huff, husband and wife; and <br />WHEREAS such Master Commissioner's sale was afterward confirmed on <br />/V4, ,,, s', 2015, and the said Audrey A. Rowley, as Master Commissioner <br />was ordered to convey said premises in fee simple title to Troy Huff and Tamie <br />Huff, husband and wife, joint tenants with rights of survivorship. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I Audrey A.
