<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. CI 15 -26 in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as
<br />Trustee, in Trust for the Registered Holders of NAAC Reperforming Loan REMIC
<br />Trust Certificates Series 2004 -R1, is the plaintiff, and Craig Edward Walker,
<br />Cynthia L. Walker a /k/a Cindy L. Walker, a /k/a Cynthia L. McNett, United States of
<br />America, State of Nebraska, and United States of America by and through the
<br />Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Trustee and Beneficiary, are the
<br />defendants, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee, in Trust for the
<br />Registered Holders of NAAC Reperforming Loan REMIC Trust Certificates
<br />Series 2004 -R1, did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum
<br />of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Forty -Eight Dollars and Fifty -
<br />Seven Cents ($118,648.57), plus interest and costs of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master
<br />Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Audrey A.
<br />Rowley, Master Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the
<br />Order of Sale to her duly directed, did on September 10, 2015, inside the front door
<br />of the Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once in each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed
<br />and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction
<br />to The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee, in Trust for the Registered Holders of
<br />NAAC Reperforming Loan REMIC Trust Certificates Series 2004 -R1, for the sum of
<br />One Hundred Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($103,800.00); and
<br />WHEREAS, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee, in Trust for the
<br />Registered Holders of NAAC Reperforming Loan REMIC Trust Certificates Series
<br />2004 -R1, has assigned all of its right, title, and interest in and to such bid at said
