Should Beneficiary desire tha� mare than one such sale or other disposition be conducted, Beneficiary may, at its option, cause the sarne to be condu�ted simultaneously, ar successively an the same day, or at such different days or times and in such order as Beneficiary may deem to be in its best interest. iii. Should Beneficiary elect to cause any af the Mar�gaged Property t� be disposed of as Personal Praperty, it rnay disp�s� of any part thereof in any manner naw or hereafter perrnitted by Article 9 of the applicable Uniform Comrnercial Code or in accordan�e with any oth�r remedy provided by law. Trustor, Beneficiary and Trustee sha�l each be eligible to purchase any part ar all af such praper�y at any such disposition.
