<br /> of the Property, or any part�h�reaf, in its own name or in the name of Trustee, and do any acts which i�

<br /> the Property or in�er�st in the Proper�y; increase the incame from the Proper�y or prat�ct the security of
<br /> the Property; and, wi�h or wi�hout �akin� possession ofi the Property, sue for or otherwise co��ect the
<br /> rents, issues and prafiits of the Property, including those past due and unpaid, and apply the same, less
<br /> costs and expenses o�f operation and collecfion at�orneys' fiees, to any indebt�dness secured by this Deed

<br /> Fore�losure b�Power of Sa1e. l�Lender elects to for�close by ex��cise ❑f the Power of Sale herein contained,
<br /> Lender shall notify Trustee and shall deposit wi�h Trus�ee thEs Deed of Trust and the Nate and such receipts
<br /> and e�idence o�expenditures made and s��ured by this Deed of Trust as Trustee may require.

<br /> Remedies N�t Exclusive. Trustee and Lender, and �ach af th�m, shall be enti�tled t� enforce paymenf and
<br /> perfiormance of any indebtedness ar❑bligatians secured by this Deed ofr Trust and to �x�rcise a�l rights and powers
<br /> und�r this Deed of Trust, und�r the No�re, under any a�F the Relat�d Documents, or under any other agr�ement or
<br /> any laws now or h�reafter in fvrce; notwithstanding, some ar all of such indebtedness and obligations secured by
