Appli�ationof Payments vr Praceeds.Exce�t as otherwise described in this Sec�ion 2, all payments <br /> accepted and applied by L�nder sha11'be applied in the followxng arder of priority: (a) interes�due under the <br /> Note;�b�principal due under th�Note; (c}amounts due under Section 3. Such payments sha11 be applied to <br /> each Periodic Paymen��n the arder in which it became due. Any rema�n�ng amounts sha��be applied f�rst to <br /> late charges,s�Gond to any other amqun.ts due under this Security Instru�ent,and the�to reduce the <br /> princ�pal balance of the Note. <br /> If Lender receives a payment from Borrower for a delinquent Period�c Payment v�hich inc�udes a sufficient <br /> amount to pay any late charge due,the payment may be applied to the delinquent payment and the late <br /> charge.
