<br /> transpar�ed or otherwise handled. The w�rds "Hazardous 5ubstances"�are used in�their �ery broadest sense and
<br /> include withaut limita�ivn any and all hazardous �r toxic substan�es, materials or waste as defined by or lis��d
<br /> under the En�iranmen�al Laws. The term "Mazardous Substances" also includes, without limitation, pe�roleum and
<br /> petr�leum byWpraduc�s vr any fraGtion�here�f and asbestas,
<br /> �mprvv�ments. The word "�mpra��ments" means a�� existing and future impro�ements, bu�ldings, structures,
<br /> m�bile hvmes af�ixed �n the Real Property, fa�ilities, additions, repfacements and other construct�on on the Rea�
<br /> Proper�y.
<br /> Indehtedness. The ward "Indebtedness" means all prin�ipal, in�erest, and ❑ther amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Cr�dit Agreement or Re�a�ed Documents, tag�ther with af! renewals of, extensions of,
<br /> modifications afi, consolidations of and subs�itutions for the Credit Agreement vr Related Documents and any
<br /> amounts expended or ad�anced by Lender tv discharge Trustvr's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> �ender �o enfar�e Trustor's abligati�ns under this Deed o� T�ust, together with �nterest on such amaunts as
<br /> prv��ded in this Dee� ❑f Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Exchange Bank, its suGcessars and as�igns. The wvrds "succ�ssors or
<br /> assigns" mean any pers�n ar company that a�quires any in�eres�in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Proper�y. The wvrds "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> prap�rty novu vr hereafter ❑wned by Trustor, and naw or h�reafter attached or af�ixed tQ the Real Praperty;
<br /> tagether with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all repla�ements of, and all subs�ituti�ns for, any of such
<br /> property; and together with all pra��eds �inc�uding with�ut limitation aii insurance praGeeds and refunds ❑f
<br /> premiums} from any sal�or other dispositian o�th� Prop�rty.
<br /> Prvperty. The word "Property" m�ans collecti��iy the Rea� Pr�p�rty and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Proper�y. Th� words "Real Proper�y" mean the real praper�y, in�erests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed af Trust.
<br /> Rela#ed Dvcuments. The v►rvrds "Related Do�um�nts" m�an all promissory na�es, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, en�ironmental agr�emen�s, guaranties, s�curity agreements, mortgages, deeds o� trust, security
<br /> deeds, collatera� martgages, and a�� �ther instruments, agreem�nts and d��uments, whether naw or her�after
<br /> existing, executed in �annection with the Inde�tedness.
<br /> Ren#s. Th� wvrd "Rents" means all present and future rents, r��enues, income, issues, royal�ties, pr�fi�s, and
<br /> other bene�its deri�ed firom�he Praper�y.
