<br />of Nebraska, 1995, I declare that this power of attorney shall not be affected by my subsequent

<br />instruments of like import, and remains operative until revoked.
<br />D. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, my Attorney is authorized:
<br />1. To enter upon and take possession of any lands, buildings, tenements or other
<br />structures, or any part or parts thereof, that may belong to me or to the possession «hereof I !ray r

<br />2. To ask, collect and receive am- rents, profits, issues or income of any and all of such
<br />' r.—nr4z or otl-ir structures, or of any part or parts thereof.
<br />3. To make, execute and deliver any deed, mortgage or lease, whether with or without
<br />covenants and warranties, in respect of any such lands, buildings, tenements or other structure, or
<br />any part or parts thereof, and to manage any such lands; and to manage, repair, alter, rebuild or
<br />reconstruct any buildings, houses or other structures, or any part or parts thereof, that may now or
