200001917 <br />A tract of land twenty (20.0) foot wide lying ten (10.0) feet on each <br />side of a line being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Lot Seven (7), Fractional <br />Block Sixteen (16), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, said point being eighty three and six tenths (83.6) feet <br />northerly of the southerly line of said Lot Seven (7); thence <br />northeasterly to a point on the northerly line of Lot Eight (8) in <br />Fractional Block Sixteen (16), in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, said point being forty eight and one tenth <br />(48.1) feet westerly of the easterly line of said Lot Eight (8). The side <br />lines of the above described track being extended to intersect with the <br />westerly line of said Lot Seven (7) and the northerly line of said Lot <br />Eight (8). <br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing a combined <br />total of 0.072 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated <br />11/19/99, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference, <br />together with the following rights: <br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above - described <br />easement and right -of -way for the purpose of surveying, construction, inspection, <br />maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and operation of <br />such electric facilities. Such rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a <br />reasonable manner. <br />Grantee shall have the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches <br />necessary for such electric facilities; to remove, clear, and keep clear, trees, <br />bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and /or any other obstructions interfering with the <br />surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, <br />extension, removal, and operation of such electric facilities. <br />Grantor shall have the right to use the easement and right -of -way for <br />purposes not inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyment of the rights herein <br />granted, provided that Grantor shall not allow any structures, buildings, <br />combustible materials, or other property of any kind whatsoever, except for lighting <br />standard, storm sewer, dumpster pad and enclosure to be erected, <br />Wa <br />
