<br />GEYERMAN FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Nebraska Limited
<br />Partnership, herein called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
<br />($ 1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto

<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect,
<br />maintain, repair, replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, an
<br />underground, electric line and above ground transformer and appurtenances
<br />connected therewith ( "electric facilities "), in, upon, above, along, over, across,
<br />underneath, and located in part of Fractional Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8),
<br />Fractional Block Sixteen (16), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />The centerline of a twenty (20.0) foot wide tract of land more
<br />particularly described as:
<br />The easterly twenty (20.0) feet of the northerly sixty (60.0) feet of
<br />Fractional Lot Six (6), Fractional Block Sixteen (16), Kernohan and
<br />Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island; and
