<br />irrigation system from traveling in its normal circular rotation.
<br />This agreement and the easements set forth herein are held by the parties, their heirs, personal
<br />representatives, successors and assigns, as appurtenant to the land described herein, and shall be
<br />considered and construed as covenants running with the above - described real estate. Said agreement
<br />and the easements set forth herein shall be binding upon and shall inure and extend to the benefit of
<br />the heirs, personal representatives, successors, assigns, lessees, licensees, agents, employees, and
<br />visitors of the parties hereto, and shall continue in full force and effect until abrogated or annulled by
<br />the mutual agreement of the parties, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
<br />Each parties hereby releases, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless the other party, their
<br />heirs, personal representatives, successors, assigns, lessees, licensees, agents, employees, from any
<br />and all claims, damages, consequential damages, demands, costs, expenses, liens, actions and causes
<br />of action of every kind and nature whatever, whether now known or unknown, suspected or
<br />unsuspected, that either party may hereinafter acquire against the other party based upon, related to
<br />or by reason of the execution of this Mutual Easements Agreement.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Codners and Dethloffs have signed this Mutual Easements
<br />Agreement on the date(s) hereinafter set forth.
