The final plat for the above referenced Subdivision was recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County on June 1, 1999 at Instrument No. 99- <br />105577. The date of recording occurred more than 12 months after the final plat was <br />approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City of Grand Island. <br />4. Based on the Affiant's review of relevant sections of the Grand Island City <br />Code and the final plat referred to above, the Affiant is of the opinion that the approval of <br />the final plat for the above described Subdivision is null and void after April 6, 1999, and <br />that the final plat was not qualified for recording in the office of the Register of Deeds on <br />June 1, 1999. <br />FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT. <br />Charles J.
