The Affiant, Charles J. Cuypers, being first duly sworn deposes and says as <br />follows: <br />1. The Affiant is the duly appointed and now acting City Attorney for the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation and as part of my duties in <br />connection with said office does act as legal advisor to the City, rendering opinions on <br />issues interpreting statutes and ordinances pertaining to the City. <br />2. Section 33 -8.1 Final Plat- Administrative Subdivision of the Grand Island <br />City Code (1988 Ed.) provides that on approval of the final plat, the sub - divider shall, <br />within 12 months, furnish a copy of the plat to the Register of Deeds for recording or <br />such approval shall become null and void.
