<br /> Addresses. The mailing addr�sses ❑f Trustor �debtory and Lender (se�ured parky� fram which information
<br /> concerning the se�urity interest granted �y�khis Deed af Trus� may be ❑btained �each as required by the LJnifarm

<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; �4TTaRNEY-[iV�FACT. The foilowing pravisions relating ta further assurances and
<br /> attorney�in-fac�ar�a part o��his ❑eed af Trust:
<br /> Further Assurances. At any time, and �Frflm �ime t� tirne, upon request ❑f Lender, Trustar will mai�e, execute and
<br /> defi�er, �r will caus�to be made, �xecuted or d�li�ered, �� Lender or�o Lender's designee, and wh�n requested by
<br /> Lender, cause t� be filed, re�orded, refEled, �r rer��flrded, as the case may be, at su�h times and in such offices
<br /> and places as Lender rnay d�em appropriate, any and all such mortgages, deeds �f trust, security deeds, se�urity
<br /> agreements, �Financing s�atements, continua�ion s�atements, instruments af �urth�r assurance, certifi�ates, and
<br /> �th�r d�cum�n�s as may, in the svle ❑pinion ❑f Lender, be necessary nr desirable in ❑rder t❑ effectuate, c�mplete,
<br /> perfect, continue, ar preser�e {1} B�rrower's and Trustar's obligat�ons under the Nafie, this �eed afi Trust, and
<br /> the Related Dacuments, and (�� the liens and securi�y �nterests created by this �e�d o�F Trust as #irs�C and prior
<br /> li�ns ❑n the Proper�y, wh�th�r now owned ❑r herea�ter acquired by Trustor. Unless prvhibifed by Iaw �r Lend�r
<br /> agrees �o the contrary in writing, Trustar shall reimburse Lender �or all c�sts and expenses incurr�d in �onnection
<br /> wifih the mafifiers r�ferred�o in this paragraph.
<br /> Attorney�in-Fact. If Trusfior fails to do any of�he things referred to in th� precedin� paragraph, Lender may do so
<br /> for and in the name of Trustar and at Trustor's expense= For such purposes, Trustor here�y irrevoca�ly appoints
<br /> Lend�r as Trustor's a�torn�y--in-fact for the purpose of mak�ng, �x�cutingf deli�+ering, filing, recording, and d�ing all
<br /> ather things as may he necessary ar desirable, in Lender`s so�e ❑p�nion, ta a�complish �he matters referred t� in
<br /> the preceding paragraph.
<br /> FL1LL PERF�RMANCE, �f B�rrauver and Trustor pay all the Indebtedness, including with�ut limi�a�ion all �Future
<br /> ad�ances, when due, and Trustor ntherwise p�rforms all the obligations imposed upan Trustor under�his Deed❑f T�usfi,
<br /> Lender shall execute and deli�er to Trustee a r�quest for full recan�eyance and shall execute and deli�er �o Trustor
<br /> suitab�e sfiatements ❑f terrnination o�any financing statement on file evidencing Lender's security interest in the Rents
<br /> and the Perst�nal Pr�per�y. Any reconveyanc� fee required by lavv shall be paid by Trus�or, if permitted by appIicable
<br /> iaw.
