<br /> Envir�nmental Lavvs. Trus�or auth�rizes Lender and its a�en�s �o ent�r upon fihe Properfiy to mak� such
<br /> inspectians and ��sts, at Trustar's expense, as Lender may d��m appropriate to determine campliance of the
<br /> Prope�-�ty with �his sectian o�F the ❑eed ❑f Trust. Any inspections ❑r �ests made by Lender shafl b� �or Lender's
<br /> purposes�nly and shall no�be construed to creat� any responsibility ar liability on the part❑f Lender to Trustor ar
<br /> ta any ather p�rson. The r�presentations and warranties contained herein are based on Trus�or's due diligen�e in
<br /> investigating the Proper�y �or Hazardous 5ubstances. Trustor hereby {1 y releases and v�rai�es any future ciaims
<br /> aga�ns� Lender f�r indernnity❑� contribution sn �the event Trustar becomes lia�fe for cleanup or other��sts un�ler

<br /> IiabiEities, damagcs, penal�ies, and expenses which Lent�er may direct[y or indirectly sustain ar suf�er resulting frorn
<br /> a hreach of this section of the Deed o�Trust or as a cansequen�e of any use, gen�ra�ion, manufacture. storage,

<br /> strippin� of �r waste vn or to the Praperty or any p�rtion of the Property. Vllithaut limifiing the g�nerali�y of the
<br /> �oregoing, Trustor v�ill not remove, or grant to any other party the right ta rem��e, any timber, minerals �includin�
<br /> al and gas}, G�al, c�ay,scaria, sail, gravel or ro�k produc�s without Lender's prior written Gonsent.
<br /> Rema�al�f Impr��ements. Trustor shafl nat dernolish�r remo�e any Impra�em�nts from th� Rea[Property without
<br /> Lender's pri�r w�itten consent. As a�vnditivn to the r�mo�al of any Improvemen�s, Lender may require Trustvr�v
<br /> make arrangernen�s satisfac#ory ta Lender #o rep{ace such lmprovements with Impr��emen�s of at leas� equal
<br /> �a1ue.
<br /> Lender's Righ#tu En�er. Lender and Lender's agents and representati�es may en�er upon the R�aI Property at all
<br /> reasonable times ta attend �o Lender's in#erests and t� insp�ct th� R�al Property fvr purposes nfi Trustor's
<br /> compliance wi�h�he terms and conditions o�f this Deed Qf Trust.
<br /> Compliance with Gov�rnm�n�kal Requiremenfis. Trustor shal� promptly cornply v+rith al� �aws, ordinan�es, and
<br /> r�gulatians, now ar herea�Fter in effect, of all go�ernmentaC authorities a�p�icable to �he use or ��cupancy of the
