200001688 <br />new terms and conditions of Paragraph 7(b) with respect to the real <br />estate: <br />(b) No temporary structures or out buildings shall be <br />constructed or remain on any lot, except during construc- <br />tion and shall be removed immediately upon completion of <br />construction; however, subject to approval as provided in <br />the Covenants, a modular building structure approximately <br />12 feet by 60 feet in size may be erected and located <br />along the south side of the Surgical Center building upon <br />the real estate for the purpose of housing a magnetic <br />resonance imaging system. The structure shall be painted <br />as soon as practical in an appropriate color to match and <br />coordinate with the colors of the Surgical Center brick <br />building. <br />3. Paragraph 4(c) of the Covenants as amended by the Amended <br />Covenants is amended with respect to the real estate and the <br />following is substituted as the new terms and conditions of 4(c) <br />with respect to the real estate: <br />(c) All buildings shall have a minimum of 75% of red brick on <br />all sides of the building except that subject to approval <br />as required in the Covenants a modular building may be <br />erected upon the real estate as set forth in preceding <br />Paragraph 2 of this Second Addendum to Declaration of <br />Restrictive Covenants. The combined size of the Surgical <br />Center previously erected upon the real estate and the <br />structure to be erected upon the real estate as set forth <br />in preceding Paragraph 2 shall have a minimum of 75% of <br />red brick exterior. <br />4. This Second Addendum to Declaration of Restrictive <br />Covenants shall be effective from date of filing with the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, upon the real estate legally <br />described as Lot 9, Richmond Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5.
