200100872 <br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />(Deed of Trust) <br />This Subordination Agreement ( "Agreement ") is made this 1 Ith day of January, <br />2001 by and between Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., ( "Wells Fargo ") and Grand <br />Island Area Housing Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation (the "Creditor /Beneficiary"). <br />RECITALS <br />Kurt A. Schaible and Laura L. Schaible, husband and wife, (the <br />"Borrower /Debtor "), gave a deed of trust to the Creditor /Beneficiary, dated March 20, <br />1995, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska on <br />March 21, 1995 as Document Number 95- 101603 (the "Creditor Deed of Trust "), which <br />constitutes a lien on real property located in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly <br />described herein below (the "Property "): <br />Lot 5, Block 3, George Loan's Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and the East' /2 of vacated Poplar Street abutting Lot 5 on the West. <br />Wells Fargo has now made or shall make a loan to benefit the Borrower /Debtor in <br />the amount of $56,300 also secured by a deed of trust on the Property, dated <br />'Qw ,and recorded in the Office of the is'Lcr for Hall <br />County; ebraska on ;cD , as Document Xumber,2Upj - r,o�! 1 I (the <br />"Wells Fargo Deed of Trust "). <br />Creditor /Beneficiary has agreed to execute and deliver this Agreement for the <br />purpose of subordinating its interest in the Property pursuant to the Creditor Deed of <br />Trust to the interest of Wells Fargo in the Property pursuant to the Wells Fargo Deed of <br />Trust. <br />AGREEMENT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and as an inducement to <br />Wells Fargo to accept the Wells Fargo Deed of Trust, Wells Fargo and <br />Creditor /Beneficiary agree as follows: <br />1. Creditor /Beneficiary agreed to subordinate, and hereby does subordinate, the lien <br />of the Creditor Deed of Trust in and against the Property to the lien of the Wells <br />Fargo Deed of Trust in and against the Property. Creditor /Beneficiary agrees that <br />the Wells Fargo Deed of Trust shall have the same validity, force and effect as if <br />executed, delivered, and recorded prior to the date of execution of the Creditor Deed <br />of Trust. <br />
