<br /> deliver, and file any additional documents ar certr�cations that Benefic�ary may consider necessary to perfect,
<br /> �vntinue, and presenre Trustor's obliga�ions under this 5e�urity Instrument and Benef ciary's lien status �n

<br /> 5. W Y �F TITLE. Trustor warrants that Trustar is ar�vixl be laWfully �eized of the es�ate conveyed
<br /> �y this Security Ins�rum�nt and has the right to irr�vacably grant, convey, and sell the Properry to Trus�ee, �n
<br /> trust, with power of sa�.�. Trustar also warrants that the Property�s unencumbered, except for en�umbrances

<br /> 7. DUE �N SALE. Beneficiary may, at xts option, declare th� �n�ire balance of the �ecur�d Debt �o b�
<br /> immedxately due and paya�ie upon the creation af, or contract for�he �reation of, a transf�r ar sa�e of aIl or
