<br /> RIGHTS AN�REMEDIES �N DEFAULT. 1f an Even#of CJe�ault oceurs under this Deed of Trust, at any time therea�ter,
<br /> Trustee or Lender may exercise any one or more Qf#he folfowing rights and remedies:
<br /> Accelerat�on Upon Defiaul�; Additianai Rernedies, 1f any E�ent af❑efault occurs as per the terms of the Note
<br /> secured hereby, Lender may d�c�are a�l Indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust#o be due and payable and
