<br /> 5ubsequen� Taxes. �f any tax to which �his seGtion app[ies is enact�d suhsequen� t❑ the date �f this Deed of
<br /> Trust, �his ��ent shall ha�e the same effecf as an EWenf of C3efau�t, and Lend�r rnay exercise any ar all ❑f its
<br /> a�aiiable remedies for an Event of De#au�� as pra�ided be�ow unless Trustor either �1} pays the tax before it
<br /> becomes delinquen�, or �2) �on�es�s the tax as pro��ded above �n the Taxes and Liens sectian and deposits with
<br /> Lende�cash or a sufficient eorpo�ate surety band or o�her security satisfactory to L�nd�r.
<br /> SE�URITY AGREEAJIENT; FlNANC1NG STATEMENTS. The f�llowing provisions relating �a this Deed of Trust as a
<br /> securi�y agreernent are a part af this Deed❑�Trus�:
<br /> Security Agreement. This ins�rurrment shall canstitu�e a Se�urity Agreement to �he ext�n# any of the P�operty

<br /> and can�inue Lender's security infierest in #he Ren�s and Personal Prape�ty. In addition #o recording this Deed of
<br /> Trust in the rea� proper�y records, Lender may, a� any time and withau� further authorization frorn Trustar, file
<br /> �xe�uted �aun�erpar�s, copies �r reproductiflns o� this Deed o� Trust as a frnancing statem�nt. Trustor sha��
<br /> reimburse Lender for all expenses incurred in pe�-fec�ing or continuing �his se�urity interest. Upon def�ult, Trustvr
<br /> shai! not remo�e, �ever or detach the P�rsonai Properky from �he Proper�y. Upan de�aul#, Trus#or shall ass�mble
<br /> any Persvnal Prope�ty n�t affixed to�he Prope�ty in a m�nner and at a place reasanab�y convenient to Trustar and
<br /> L�nder and make it a�aiiable to Lender w�thin three �3} days af#er re�eipt of written demand fram Lender to the
<br /> extent permifited by appii�ab��law. �
<br /> Addresses. The mailing addresses of Trustar �debtor} and Lender �se�ured party} fram which information
<br /> eonceming the securtty in�er`es�gran��d by�his Deed of Trust may be obtained �ea�h as required by the Uniform
<br /> �arnmer�ial Gvde}are as stated on the first page of this❑eed of Trust.
<br /> FURTHER ASS�RANCES; ATT�RhIEY-lN-FACT. The fallowing pra�isions r�lating to fUrther assurances and
<br /> � a�torney��nWfact are a part of this❑eed of T�us#:
<br /> Further Assurances. At any time, and from'�ime#o��me, upan reques�vf Lender, Trus�or wi�l rnake, execu#e and
<br /> de[i�er,Qr will cause to be made, executed or de(i��red,to Lend�r or�a Lender's desi�nee,and wnen requested by
<br /> Lender, cause�� be filed, recorded, refiled, ❑r rerec�rded, as the case may be, a# sueh times and in such affices
<br /> and places as Lender rnay deem appropriate, any and ail such ma�tgag�s, deeds af t�ust, security deeds, s�curity
<br /> agreemen#s, financing statements, continuation statements, instrum�nts of �urther assuranGe, cer�ificates, and
<br /> oth�:r do�umen�s as may, in the sole opinion of Lender, b�necessary ar desirable in order to effectuate, camplete,
<br /> pet�e�t, c�ntinu�, or preserve t�} Trus�or's obligations under the Note, this De�d of Trust, and #he Rela�ed
<br /> ❑ocuments, and t2} the liens and secur��y inter�s�s crea#ed by this Deed of Trust as f rs�and prior liens on the
<br /> Praperty,whether naw awned or hereafiter acquired by Trustor. Un�ess prohib�ted by faw or L�nder agre�s to the
<br /> contra�-y in wri#ing, Trus#or shall reimbu�se Lender for all casts and expenses incur�ed in connectian wi�h the

<br /> Att�rney-in-Fact. !f Trustor fails fiQ d�any of the things re#erred�o in the preceding paragraph, Lender may da so
<br /> for and �n the riame of Trusto�and at Trus�or's expense. Far such pu�-poses, Trust�r hereby irre�acab�y appoints
<br /> Lender as Trustor's at�orney-in-fac�for the purpose of mak�ng,exe�uting,deii�ering,filing, record�ng, and do�ng all
<br /> o�her things as may be ne�essary or desirable, �n L�nder's sale opinion, ta accomp�ish th� mat�ers referred to in
<br /> � �he preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PERFURMANCE. I� Tru�tor pays all the Indebtedness when due, and a#hen+vise per�o�ms al� the abliga#ians
<br /> impose� up�n Trustar under this aeed of Trust, Lender shall exe�ute and de�i�er to Trustee a requ�st for fu(�
<br /> re�on�eyance and shall execu�e and deli�er�v Trustar suitable s�a�ements of termination of any financing statem�nt c�n
<br /> fiie e�idencing Lender's secur���y in�erest in the Rents and the Pers�na� Property. Any recan�eyance fee required by law
<br /> shail be paid by Trus�or, if permitted by app�i�able law. .
