<br /> s#ripping of or was�e on or ta �he Prope�ty or any porfiion of the Prope�ty. Wi�hou��imi��ng the g�nera]ity af the
<br /> foregaing, Trus�or wiil not remo�e, Qr grant to any a#her party the right��remo�e, any timber, minerals�including
<br /> oil and gas},caai,c1ay,scoria,soil,g�-a�el or rock praduc�s wi�hou#Lender`s priar written consent.
<br /> Remo�al of�mprvvements. Tr�ust�r shail nat�emol�sh or remove any Impravements fram the R�al Proper�y without
<br /> Lender's prior w�-itten consen�. As a condition ta the r�mo�al af any lmpro�ernents, Lender may requi�e Trustar to
<br /> rnake a�rangemen�s sa�isfac�o� to Lendsr to replace such lmpro�emen�s with Imprv�ements o�' at least �quai

<br /> Lender's Ri�h#ta Enter, Lender and Lender's agents and represen#a�ives may enter upon the Real Property a�all
<br /> reasonab�e tirnes to attend to Lender`s intet�es#s and ta inspect th� Real P�operty for purposes of Trustar's
<br /> compliance with the te�-ms and condit�ons of#his Deed of Trust.
<br /> C�mpliance wi�h �v�ernmental Requiremen#s. Trus�ar shall pramptly comply wi�h ai! laws, ardinances, and
