<br /> Nuisance, 1Naste. Trustor shall nat cause, conduct or permit any nuisan�e nvr cammit, permit, vr suf�er any
<br /> stripping ❑� ❑r u�ras�e an or to the Praperty or any p�rtion af th� Pr�per�y. 1Nithout limiting the generality of the
<br /> foreg�in�, Trus�or►nrili not remo�e, �r grant to any other party the right ta remo�e, any tirn�er, minerals {includ�ng
<br /> oif and gas},c�al, clay, s�vria,soil, gravel or rvck praducts v►rithvut Len�er's pr�or written consent.
<br /> Rem��al af Impra�ements. Trust�r sha�l nnt demvlish or rema�re any Impro�ements�rom�he Real Property without
<br /> Lender"s prior rrvritfen c�nsent. As a condition to th� r�mo�al of any �mpro��ments, Lender rnay require Trus�ar to
<br /> mak.e arrangements satisfactory tv Lend�r to �'�plac� such lmpro�ements with Impr�v�ments af afi least equal
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Right to Enter. Lender and Lender's ag�nts and representatives may en�er upan the Real Property at all
<br /> reas�nai�le times to attend ta Lend�r's inter�sts and to inspe�t the Reai Property far purp�ses of Trus�or's
<br /> cornpliance with th�terms and�onditivns af this D�ed af Trust.
<br /> Cvmpliance with Governm�n�a1 ftequiremen�ks. Trustor shall pr�mp�ly camp�y with all laws, �rdinances, and
<br /> regulati4ns, now or hereafter in effe��, of all gavernmenta� authorities applicable t❑ the use or o��upancy of the
<br /> Property, including with�ut iimi�a�ion, the Americans U11ith Disabili�ies Act. Trus�or may �ontest in g�od fai�h any
<br /> such lavU, ordinance, or regulativn and withho�d compliance during any proceeding, incfuding approprEat� app�als,
<br /> so lang as Trustar has natified Lend�r in writing pri�r to daing so and sa lon�as, in Lender's sal�opini�n, Lender's
<br /> inte�es�s in �h� Property are not je�pardized. Lender may requir� Trustar to post adequate security or a surety
<br /> bond, reasanably satisfactory to Lender,to prvtect Lender's�nterest.
<br /> Du�y to Prvte�t. Trustar agrees nei�ther tv abandon or lea�e unat�en��d the Property. Trust�r shall do all other
<br /> acts, in additian to those acts s�fi f�rth abv�s in this sectian, which from�h��haracter and use vf the Property are
<br /> reasonably ne�ess�ry tv prot��t and preserWe the Property.
<br /> DUE�N SALE-C4NSENT BY LENDER. Lender may, at Lender's�ption, declare immediately due and payab�e all sums
<br /> secured by this ❑eed of Trusfi upon the sale❑r transfer, without Lender's prior written cons�nt, vf al1 �r any part vf the
<br /> Real Pr�perty, or any interes� in the Real Property. A "sale or transfer" means�he con�eyance ofi Real Property❑r any
