described herein, and shall be considered and construed as a covenant running with the above - <br />described real estate for so long as the GRANTOR continues to operate a center pivot irrigation <br />system. In the event the GRANTOR shall fail to operate a center pivot irrigation system for more <br />than two (2) consecutive farming seasons, this easement shall become null and void and ofno further <br />force and effect.
