<br />TRUSTEE'S JOINT TENANCY DEED

<br />Robin Stauffer, Successor Trustee under the Mitchell H. Stauffer Revocable Trust,
<br />GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Twenty -seven Thousand Dollars
<br />($227,000.00), conveys to GRANTEES, Daniel P. Springer and Susan M. Springer, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 1, Stauffer Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />Provided, however, GRANTOR reserves unto the GRANTOR, his successors and assigns,
<br />an easement for center pivot irrigation purposes to allow GRANTOR's center pivot irrigation system
<br />located in the Southeast Quarter (SE /4) of Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, to pass over and spray irrigation water and
<br />agricultural related chemicals on the Northwestern portion of the above - described real estate. It is
<br />further understood and agreed to by the GRANTEE that the GRANTEES, their heirs, personal
<br />representative and assigns, as the owners of the above- described real estate, shall build no permanent
<br />structures over or near the North and West lines of the above - described real estate, which will
<br />prevent the operation of the center pivot system owned by GRANTOR, his successors and assigns.
<br />It is further agreed that the GRANTOR, his successors, assigns, employees, tenants, and agents, shall
<br />have the right to enter upon the above - described real estate to remove any and all obstructions that
<br />would prevent the pivot irrigation system from traveling across and over the Northwestern portion
<br />of the above - described real estate, with the cost and expense of such removal to be solely the
<br />responsibility of the GRANTOR. This easement set forth herein has been reserved by the
<br />GRANTOR, his successors, assigns, employees, tenants, and agents, as appurtenant to the land
