<br /> Request far Notice. Trus�or,on behal�of Trustor and Lender, hereby requ�sts that a copy of any Not�ce of Default

<br /> paragraph af th is Deed of Trus#.
<br /> A�orneys' Fees; Expenses. �f Lender insti�utes any suit or activn fia enforoe any of the terms of th�s Deed of
<br /> Trust, L�nder shal!be enti�led to reco�er such sum as the court may adjudge reasonab[e as attarneys'fees at trial �
<br /> and upon any appeal. WI-iether or nvt any courfi acti�n is in�al��d, and fv�he�xtent nvt prahif�ited �y law, all
<br /> reasonable expenses L�nder incurs�hat in Lender's opinion are nec�sary at any time for fhe protectian of ifs

<br /> Rights o�Trustee. T�-ustee�shall ha�e al[af the rights and duties of Lender as set farth in this section.
<br /> P�IJVERS ANO �BLiGATIaNS�F TRUSTEE. The fo�l�wing provisions relating to�he pawers and obligations of Trustee

<br /> Trus#ee. Trustee sha[[ meet all qualificafiaans required�or Trustee under app�icable law. In addition ta th� rights
<br /> and remedies set f�rth abo�e, with respect tv a1[ ❑r any part Qf the Property,the Trustee shall have#he right�o
<br /> �areclase by notice and sale, and Lender wiCl have the righf fa fvreclose by judicial forec[osure, in either case in
