<br /> to any other person. The representatians and warranties contained herein are based on Trustar's due diligenGe �n

<br /> Remvval ofi Imprv�ements. Trustor sha��nat demvlish or r�ma�e any Imprvvemenfis from the Real Property uvithout
<br /> ; Lender's priar wri�ten consent. As a cvndition t��he remv�a�of any lrnprv�ements, Lender may require Trus�or to
<br /> , make arrangements satisfactvey to Lender �� replace suGh fmpro�ements wi�h �mpro�ements of at leas� equal
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Right to Enter. Lender and Lender`5 agents and representati�es may enter upon the Real Property at al�
<br /> reasanab�e times to a�t�nd to Lende�'s in�erests and �o inspect the Real Property �ar purposes of Trustor's
<br /> comp�iance with�he terms and conditivns of this aeed of Trus�. .
