<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Museum Board, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
<br />other good and valuable consideration received from the County of Hall, Nebraska, a body
<br />politic and corporate, does hereby quitclaim to County of Hall, Nebraska, the following
