ho N N� CA ca U -9 0 rn 200001424 /cy QUITCLAIM DEED WHEREAS, on June 19, 1969 the following described property was conveyed by the Museum Board of Trustees of Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the "Museum Board," to the County of Hall, Nebraska, to wit: All that part of the following tracts south of the center line of the Wood River Channel, in the west half of Section Thirty -Two (32) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, said tracts being described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW 1 /4) south of the Wood River, also that part of Lot Three (3) Island south of the Wood River, also that part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E % SW 1/4) subject to the right of way of the Hastings and Grand Island Railroad Company, south of the Wood River, and excepting from these tracts the following tracts of land more particularly described in the deeds recorded in Deed Books 88, Page 200, Book 123, Page 347 and Book 135, Page 191 of the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the above - described conveyance the channel of the Wood River was altered by a rechanneling project resulting in property owned by the Museum Board being south of the relocated channel of the Wood River and property owned by the County of Hall being north of the relocated channel of the Wood River; and WHEREAS, the Museum Board and the Hall County Board of Supervisors desire to exchange mutual deeds to reestablish to the approximate current centerline of the Wood River the property line between the property owned by the Museum Board and the property held by the County of Hall, Nebraska. cfl rn C33 rn `?
