<br /> Fore�losure hy Power af Sale. 1�Lender elects to foreclos� by exer�ise�f the Power of Sale herein contained,
<br /> Lender shall notify Trus�ee and shall deposit with Trustee th�s �eed af Trust and the N�te and su�h receipts
<br /> and evidence of expenditures ma�e and se�ured by this Deed of Trust as Trustee may require.
