<br /> Nuisance. Was�e. Trustor shall not cause, conduct ar permit any nuisance nar cammit, p�rmit, ❑r su�fer any
<br /> stripping af ❑r waste on or to the Proper�ry �r any porti�n of �he Proper�}�. Withaut lim��ing the generality vf the
<br /> faregaing, Trustar will not remove, or grant �� any other party�he right to r�mo�e, any timber, rninerals [incEuding
<br /> oi� and gas7, coal, clay, scoria,sail, gra�el ❑r rock praducts without Lender's prior written cansent�
<br /> Removal af Impro�ements. Trustor shall n�t demolish❑r r�mav�any Imprfl�ements from the Rea� Praperty without
<br /> Lender's priar written consent. As a condition t❑tfie remaval of any lmpravements, Lender rnay r�quire Trustor to
<br /> make arrangernen��s satisfa�fory to Lender t❑ replace such Improvements with �rnpro��ments of a�t least equa�
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Right to Enter. Lender and L�nder's agents and representati�es may enter upon the Real Property at all
<br /> reas�nable times t� attend to Lender's interests and �o inspect the Real Property for purpases of Trus�or's
<br /> carnpliance with the terms and canditions of this Deed❑f Trust.
<br /> ��mpliance with �o�ernmental Requirernen#s. Trust�t' shall promp�ly carnply with all lav�rs, �rdinan�es, and
<br /> regu�a�ions, no►r►t �r her�after in �:ffsct, ❑f aIl go�ernmen�al au�horities applicable ta the use ar accupan�y o�the
<br /> Prop�rty. Truslor may Gflntest in good faith any such�aw,ardinance, ar regulatian and withhold �omplian�e during

<br /> Du#y fia Prvtect. Trustar agrees neither �to a�aandon or lea�e unattended the Praperty. Trustor shall da all other
<br /> acts, in addi�ion to thasa acts set forth abt���in this sectian, which from the chara�ter and use ❑f the Property are
<br /> reas�nabfy necessary ta protect and preser�e the Praperty,
<br /> DUE 4N SALE-CDNSENT BY LENDER, Lender may, at Lender's❑ption, declare immediately due and paya�le all sums
<br /> secured by tl�is Deed ❑f Trust upan the sale❑r trans�Fer, without Lender's prior writt�n cans�nt, of ail or any par��f the
