<br /> Law, �b��v�hich creates an En�ironmenta.��ondition,or�c��vhich,due tQ the presence,us�,or retease of a
<br /> Hazardous Substance,ereates a cand�tion that adversely affects the value of the Property. The preced��.g two
<br /> sentences sha11 not apply to the presenc�,use,or storage on the pr�perty of sma11 quant�ties�f Ha�axd�us

<br /> Substance or Envuonmen�al La�v of wh�ch Borrower has actual knowledg�, (�}any Environmental
<br /> ��ndition, inc�uding but not limit�d to,any�pillin.g, leaking,discharge,releas�or thre�t of release af an�
<br /> Ha�ardflus Substan�e,and�c)any candi�ion caused by the presence,use or re���s�vf a Ha2axdous Substance
<br /> vc�hich advers�iy aff�cts the value of the Pr�pert�. If Borrower Iearns,or is notified by an�governmenta�or
<br /> regu�atory author�ty,or any pri�ate party,that any remava�or Qther rernediation of any Hazardous Substance
