The Court being fully advised in the premises, FINDS, ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES as follows: 1. JURISDICTION: The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this action. 2. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and that reconciliation attempts have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. 3. The parties have voluntarily waived the requirement of a hearing pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §42- 361(3). 4. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT: The Property Settlement Agreement received by the Court and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby found to be fair, reasonable, and not unconscionable and the same is hereby approved by the Court_ Each of the parties is hereby ordered to comply with the terms of the Property Settlement Agreement and the division of assets and debts listed in the Joint Property Statement which is hereby approved and received by the Court and incorporated herein by this reference. 5. PARENTING PLAN: Custody of the minor children of the parties, Easton Lee Ismael Enevoldsen and Alec Steven Enevoldsen, is hereby placed with the Plaintiff, subject to rights of visitation set forth in the Parenting Plan received by the Court and incorporated herein by this reference. The Court finds the Parenting Plan to be fair, reasonable, not unconscionable, and the same is hereby approved by the Court.
