The Court being fully advised in the <br />premises, FINDS, ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES as follows: <br />1. JURISDICTION: The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of <br />this action. <br />2. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and that reconciliation attempts <br />have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />3. The parties have voluntarily waived the requirement of a hearing pursuant to Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. §42- 361(3). <br />4. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT: The Property Settlement Agreement <br />received by the Court and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby found to be fair, <br />reasonable, and not unconscionable and the same is hereby approved by the Court_ Each of the <br />parties is hereby ordered to comply with the terms of the Property Settlement Agreement and the <br />division of assets and debts listed in the Joint Property Statement which is hereby approved and <br />received by the Court and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />5. PARENTING PLAN: Custody of the minor children of the parties, Easton Lee <br />Ismael Enevoldsen and Alec Steven Enevoldsen, is hereby placed with the Plaintiff, subject to rights <br />of visitation set forth in the Parenting Plan received by the Court and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. The Court finds the Parenting Plan to be fair, reasonable, not unconscionable, and the <br />same is hereby approved by the Court.
