Grantor, in the manner and within the time required by the Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, executed a Notice of Trustee's Sale stating that Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed, would sell the Property at public auction to the highest bidder in the Rotunda of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West 1st Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2000. Grantor caused copies of such Notice of Trustee's Sale to be published once a week for five consecutive weeks in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper of general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska; the first date of publication was December 24, 1999, and the last day of publication was January 21, 2000; said publication of the Notice of Trustee's Sale was made by Grantor in the manner and within the time required by the Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act. Grantor further mailed copies of the Notice of Trustee's Sale, in the manner and within the time required by the Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, to all parties entitled thereto under the Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act. D. All requirements and conditions arising under or set forth in the Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act pertaining to the sale and conveyance of the Property have been complied with and satisfied in full. Grantor, at the time and place designated in the above - referenced Notice of Trustee's Sale, sold the Property at public auction to Grantee, who was the highest bidder at the Trustee's Sale, for the sum of $40,375.00 the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
