<br /> re�ease ar threatened r�lease of any Hazardous Substance by any persan an, und�r, about ar from the Property;
<br /> {2} Trustvr has n� knowledge vf, or reason ta believe that ther� has been, �xcept as pre�iously disclosed to and
<br /> acknvwledged by Lender in v+rriting, �a� any breach �r �iolati�n o� any En�ironmen�tal Laws, �h} any use,
<br /> generativn, manufacture, s�orage, �rea�ment, disposaC, release or threatened reiease o� any Hazardous Subs�ance
<br /> an, under, abau� �r from the Property by any prior own�rs ❑� occupants o# the Praperty, or �cy any actual or
