1. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT - Page .3 201503430 the Trust Account checks with Jackie Lee Stratton, Trustee. John Mantooth's said signature on check will only reflect his opinion that the said signed check and expenditure of Trust funds is appropriate and proper to his knowledge and belief. All expenditures of funds by the said Trustee, Jackie Lee Stratton, shall be reported by First Class, United States Mail, within a reasonable and proper time to Jimmy K. Stratton and Jerry G. Stratton and by an annual accounting in this styled action to this McClain County, Oklahoma District Court, Case No. PT- 2013 -1. That Trustee's attorney John Mantooth by placing his on any of the Trustee's said check does not mean at all that John Mantooth is acting as a guarantor, promissor or responsible party for any funds, debt or action. John Mantooth, attorney, will only sign at Trustee's request and to show that the expenditure by said check seems reasonable and proper to him at that moment in time with the information made available to him at that time by said Trustee. 5. The foreseeable, known and anticipated future expenses of this Trust for which funds are to be retained in the Trust Checking Account in McClain Bank, Purcell, Oklahoma, are: a. Funds for pivot insurance, and potential maintenance, repairs to and replacement of the irrigation pivot pump, engine and water well irrigation system on the farm land in the State of Nebraska, to be retained in Trust in the amount of $15,000.00. The said farm land is now rented to Todd Bremer and Kandis Bremer, husband and wife.; b. Funds for the collection of money /payments /debt due on the land which has been sold in Grand Island, Nebraska, along with expenses for possible foreclosure and associated attorney fees, court costs, etc. to be retained in said Trust account in the approximate amount of $3,000.00;
