<br /> a�[�no�rvl�dge� �y Len�e� in writing, �a} any breach ar �i�la�i�n �f any En�ironmental Laws, �b} any use,

<br /> Prop�rty wi�h this section o�F the Deed af Trust. Any inspectians or tests made by Lender shall be tar Lender's
<br /> pur��ses vnly and shall nc�t be cons�rued to crea�e any responsil�iiity or liabEli�y on the part of Lender t�Trustar or
<br /> �o any �ther pers�n. The representations and warranties contained herein are based ❑n Trus�a�'s due di�igenc� in

<br /> Nuisance, V1Jaste. Trustor shal! nat cause, conduct or permit any nuFsance nor commi�, p�rmit, or su�Ffer any
<br /> stripping af vr waste on �r �o �he Proper�� ar any portian vf �he Property, Wi�hout limi�ing the generali�y of �rhe
<br /> foregaing, Trus�or will no� remo�e, or grant to any other party the right�o rema�e, any timber, minerals �inc�uding
<br /> oi[and gasy, coal, �lay, scoria, sai�, gra�el or rock pr�ducts without Lend�r's pri�r written cansent.
<br /> Remava�of Cmpro�emenfis. Trus��r shall not demQEish or remo�e any Impr���ments fram the Real Property without
<br /> L�nder's prior written consen�. As a condition�❑the rema�al ❑f an� Improvements, Lender may requ�re Trustor to
<br /> malce arran�ements sa�isfactory �o Lender �❑ rep�ace such lmprovements with Impra�ements af at leas� equal
<br /> valu�,
<br /> Lender`s Righ� �a En#er. Lender and Lender's ag�nts and represen�atives may enter up�n �he Rea! Property at ai[
<br /> r�as�nable fiimes �� attend to Lender's int�rests and to inspec� the Real Property �or purposes of Trus�or's
<br /> compliance with�he terms and c�ndit�ans of�his Qeed o�Trust.
<br /> Cornpliance with Gvvernmenfial Requiremenfs. Trustor shali promptly comply with al� laws, ordinances, and
<br /> regulatians, now or hereaft�r in e��ect, of a[I go�ernm�nta� authorities applicab�e ta the use or occupancy of the
<br /> Property. Trustor may contest in�aad �ai�h any such law, ordinan�e, or regulati�n and withhald compliance during
<br /> any proceeding, including apprapriate a�p�als, so long as Trus�or has notified Lender in wri�ing prior �o dving so
<br /> and so long as, in Lender's sole opinion, L�nder`s in�erests in�he Prop�rty are not jeopardized. Lender may require
<br /> Trusfor to past adequate se�urity�r a surety b�nd, reasanably satisfiactory to Lender, to pro�ect Lender's interest.
<br /> Duty to Protect. Trustor agr��s nei�her �a abandon or ��ave unattend�d �he Property. Trust�r shal� dv all �ther
<br /> acts, in addi�ivn�a thos� a�ts set forth ab�We in this sec�ion, which fr�m the charac�er and use o��he Praper�y are

<br /> DUE�N SALE �C�IVSENT BY LENDER. Lender may, at Lender's op�ian, declare immediat�ly due and pa�ab�e all sums
<br /> s�cured by this Deed o�Trust upon the sale or�ransfer, wi�h�ut Lender's prior writ�en consent, ��aEi or any part of the
