Corey III <br />PO Box 460 <br />Grand Island, NE 68802 <br />Re: Lots One (l) through Twelve (12) and Outlot A, Kenmare Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, <br />RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR KENMARE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />(Recorded as Document No. 92 -10147 on February 25, 1992, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska) <br />WHEREAS, Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions were recorded as <br />Document No. 92 -10147 on February 25, 1992, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, concerning the following described real estate: Lots One (1) through Twelve <br />(12) and Outlot A, Kenmare Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />WHEREAS, said Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions of record provide for <br />changes and modifications of said Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions by a majority of the <br />owners of the residential lots of Kenmare Subdivision. <br />The undersigned is the Secretary of Kenmare Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc., <br />a non - profit corporation, and by execution hereof, states and affirms that a special meeting of the <br />Corporation held on March 18, 2015, a majority of the owners of the residential lots voted to <br />adopt this Amendment of the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions <br />for Kenmare Subdivision. <br />t°54 <br />
